Week 23!

 
Week 23: June 29, 2012
143 lbs, Bust 35 ½, Waist 37, Hips 39 ½
This week I started a more strict exercise routine.  I was mostly walking up until now.  On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do Fit Mama at home and Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to the gym.  Tuesday there is a fun dance class and Thursday I do Stairmaster, elliptical and track.  I am looking into a pregnancy yoga video, dancing for birth classes http://www.dancingforbirth.com/and water exercise for the last couple of months.  I am really enjoying exercising 5 days a week and I think it will make the delivery and recovery easier. 

I am continually surprised how few typical pregnancy symptoms I am having.  Apart from some back pain and feeling huge, I really have no symptoms!  Pretty awesome…no wonder I love being pregnant!  I am starting to have crazy dreams though!
