My Sunshine Annika is now 24 inches and 13 lbs. She is also teething, gassy and sick with a cold! So, as a result, she has been up several times during the night 6 days in the last two weeks. Saturday I thought I would lose my mind, because it was the 3rd day in a row she had done this. Then Sunday she slept and last night she was up again! YIKES! I had gotten spoiled with her sleeping through the night so many times. Don't get me wrong...I manage to get 6-7 hrs of sleep a night, just not IN A ROW. I would KILL for 4 hrs sleep in a row. I think that's happened 2 or 3 times the last two weeks. Good thing her smiles and giggles, snuggles and faces are SO precious. I won't remember the fatigue, but I WILL remember the precious moments! I am SO blessed to be home with her each day. She is truly my Sunshine (and SO happy in the mornings). I make it a point to sing "You are my Sunshine" to her every day! Because she is!!
