Week 18!

 

Week 18: May 25, 2012

140 lbs, Bust 35, Waist 35 ½, Hips 40

I drove to MN on May 18-19.  It was a difficult drive, but it was better than expected.  I wore my Pregnancy Calendar Shirt that I made (using an iron on transfer instead of paint, as the tutorial describes) http://diymaternity.com/tops/how-to-make-a-maternity-calendar-shirt-with-miranda-of-one-little-minute/ and Heather did not get it…she just kept staring at the numbers.  Like I suspected, she did already know.  She was also mad that I waited so long to tell her, but she was also super happy.  I called the rest of the family and sent them a belly pic that Heather took.  Everyone was happy, but disappointed I didn’t tell them sooner.  On May 21^st, Tim and I flew to Alaska to begin our land and cruise trip! 

I decided to use Gaylea as a doula and take the Alpha childbirth class in August.
