My due date!!! July 2, 2009

Thursday was my due date! Its hard to beleive Annika is almost 8 weeks old today!

For old times sake, here we are on my due date:

Weight - 136 lbs; Waist - 34; Hips - 39; Bust 35

I still have 8 lbs and 8 inches to lose.

Annika: 5lbs. 2 oz; 18 inches

We are doing well. I spend most of my time holding Annika and adoring her (in fact I am holding her now!)! I still can't beleive she's mine (and Tim's)! It's amazing!

We had a scare the week before last and she was in Rainbow Babies and Childrens Wed-Fri. I had her in my Moby carrier (pouch like carrier) and she appeared to stop breathing or at least pass out - I am still not sure. I checked on her and she was limp and lifeless and I was terrified. These things are not meant for preemies and I did not know that. She came around with help from me and I took her in. They did lots of tests and she is fine. I just need to not use the carrier or sling until she is 6 lbs and then be careful her airway is open and her face exposed.

In other news we bought a house in Stafford, VA! If anyone wants to visit, let us know! Annika will have her first move as a newborn!
